How does mastermind work?
Mastermind is designed to help founders navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of the group: founders coaching other founders.
It’s peer-to-peer mentoring in its most practical form. If you are lucky enough to get invited to one (or driven enough to start one), you will see a marked change in yourself and your business.
Purpose:
Mastermind is a super-community of founders to push and support each other towards greater growth.
Each group is either self-selected or organized by a "leader." The group might meet bi-weekly, monthly, or even daily (if it makes sense).
Each session, founders will discuss major challenges together, talk strategy, and hold each other accountable to their goals.
